If you require a prescription refill for a medication your pet receives on a regular basis, please complete the below request form. Please allow 24hrs for refills on routine medications and 4-5 business days for special order items. Requests made after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Please ensure that you have received an email, text or phone call from the clinic before you come to collect your medication.
